All professional work shares one monthly allowance, including preparation, messages, research, drafting and coordination. External advisers and official charges are separate.

Conflict and suitability checks are completed. Your scope, fees, payment arrangements and service terms are confirmed in the Client Care Agreement.

Yes, subject to agreed scope, suitability and conflict checks. All matters share your membership’s monthly time allowance.
Send questions and documents as matters arise. Professional time spent reviewing and responding counts towards your allowance. The portal is not continuously monitored or an emergency service; response arrangements are agreed at onboarding.
Additional work is scoped and priced with you before it begins. Major projects and specialist third-party advice may require separate engagements.
Legacy includes four one-hour Zooms per monthly service period, normally scheduled weekly. A fifth session is separately agreed where required.
Fees are payable monthly in advance. Renewal arrangements, cancellation rights and unused time are confirmed in your Client Care Agreement before you commit. Recurring payments require your express authorisation.
