ONE ISSUE. CLEAR NEXT STEPS.

A focused 30-minute online consultation for individuals, entrepreneurs and business owners who need clarity on one specific legal or practical issue.

This service is designed to help you understand the immediate problem, identify the most relevant considerations and decide on an appropriate next step.

Clarity for one focused issue

Sometimes you do not need a lengthy consultation. You need a calm, focused conversation that helps you understand what is happening and what to do next.

The Legal Clarity Call is a confidential 30-minute online consultation for clients with one defined question or immediate concern.

During the call, we will examine the information you provide, identify the central issue and consider the practical options available within the limited scope of the appointment.

This call may be suitable for:

  • understanding a legal letter, notice or demand;
  • identifying the meaning or potential significance of a document;
  • discussing a focused contract concern;
  • considering an immediate debt, CCJ or enforcement issue;
  • deciding whether to instruct a solicitor or barrister;
  • identifying the relevant area of law or jurisdiction;
  • understanding the stage a dispute has reached;
  • discussing an immediate business or commercial concern;
  • considering a focused property, trust, estate or maritime issue;
  • preparing the next questions to put to an authorised professional.

During the call, we may consider:

  • the immediate facts;
  • the principal legal or strategic issue;
  • any urgent date or deadline;
  • the available options at a high level;
  • the risks associated with taking or delaying action;
  • whether further research, document review or regulated legal advice is required;
  • the clearest next step.

What is included

  • A confidential 30-minute Zoom consultation
  • Review of your short intake summary before the call
  • Consideration of one clearly defined issue
  • Practical guidance on immediate next steps
  • Signposting to an appropriately authorised professional where necessary
