What happens after booking?

After payment, you will receive instructions to:

1. Select an available appointment time.
2. Complete a confidential client intake questionnaire, KYC and AML checks.
3. Upload any relevant documents before the consultation.
4. Attend the meeting online at the confirmed time.

Please submit documents at least 48 hours before the appointment wherever possible.

Cancellation policy

Rescheduling and cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund. Where documents are submitted or preparatory review has begun, an appropriate amount may be retained to reflect work already completed.
