This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through www.siangissing.com are processed and delivered by SIAN GISSING GLOBAL HOLDINGS LTD ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully authorised.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.
2. Shipping Origin
All physical products are carefully packed and dispatched from our European storage and fulfilment facility located in Greece.
Dispatch services are operated in partnership with our logistics provider Elysian Nautical Group I.K.E.

5. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and delivery destination.
To keep shipping transparent and predictable, we currently use standard weight-based shipping bands.

Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
The Company reserves the right to adjust shipping costs where necessary for oversized or unusually heavy items.
6. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over £100.00.
Free shipping applies to eligible orders where the total order value exceeds £100.00 after discounts and before taxes, where applicable.
Free shipping currently applies to orders shipped to the United Kingdom and European Union.
The Company reserves the right to select the courier service used for free shipping orders.
Free shipping may not apply to oversized items or remote delivery locations.
7. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary by country. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs authority for further information before placing an order.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, return shipping costs and courier charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.
8. Customs Inspections and Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, clearance procedures, or delays imposed by local authorities.
These procedures are outside the control of the Company and we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes once the shipment has left our fulfilment facility.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information

The Company is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
10. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment with the courier.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided.
