Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To assist with investigation and resolution, we may require:

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the shipping label

  • Clear images of any damage

  • Photos including a visible date and time stamp where possible

Providing accurate evidence helps us investigate courier damage claims and process replacements or refunds efficiently.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

To qualify:

This right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with the customer's consent.


Refunds
